Message	That is unacceptable. I would have been ashamed as a shop to have left those scratches in there. Them saying that the primer should fill it in shows the level of effort that they put in. That should have been sanded down and filling it with primer should never have even been brought up in conversation. They need to redo the entire bumper, period.
